WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The festivities kick off on Thursday evening with a welcome reception and conclude on Saturday with a farewell brunch.
We have a block of rooms set aside at The Newbury Boston and the Park Plaza.
We encourage you to take advantage of the special reduced rates at these hotels.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? 

The Welcome Party is Cocktail Attire & The Wedding is Black Tie Optional.

where should we stay? 

We have blocks of rooms with special rates at The Newbury Boston & The Park Plaza in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston.
This area is walkable and a car is not necessary.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED
TO THE WELCOME PARTY & WEDDING?

Air Conditioned shuttles will pick guests up and drop them off at the end of the night
for the Wedding Ceremony and Festivities at The Garden at Elm Bank in Wellesley, MA (just outside of Boston) on Friday night.
They will be available all evening to bring guests back to their hotel.

The Welcome Party at Yvonnes on Thursday evening is in the Downtown Crossing neighborhood of Boston.
It is a short Uber or Taxi ride from the Back Bay. It’s also walkable with comfortable shoes.

where DO I FIND THE shuttles
FOR THE WEdding?

Trolleys will pick guests up from the Main Entrance of The Newbury & The Park Plaza hotels.
Sara Kovel Events team will be on site to assist with boarding.

WHAT ACTIVITIES DO YOU RECOMMEND?

 
There is so much to do in Boston! From window shopping on Newbury Street, exploring book shops in Beacon Hill, walking the Freedom Trail, running along the Charles River to going on a Duck Tour, there is not shortage of things to do in your downtime.
